Jane Hebden launches new jewellery brand Amelia Scott
Designer Jane Hebden has officially launched her new accessories brand Amelia Scott.
Hebden was previously head of creative at jewellers Olivia Burton. Hebden started at her previous company at the age of 19 as an apprentice in digital marketing, before moving into the design team and becoming one of the senior creatives in the business.
The debut Amelia Scott collection combines the founder’s love for vintage, colour and sparkle. Entry price points start at £69 for jewellery, exiting at £159 for more intricate, ornate pieces, which are mostly made from 925 recycled sterling silver and embellished with colourful cubic zirconia.
The brand is also launching a range of scrunchies starting at £20, that can be stacked alongside the jewellery which are designed in London and handmade in the UK.
Hebden added: “I started to find my most ‘colourful self’ during and after lockdown – wearing colour really does improve my mood and I wanted to share the joy of colours with others, which was my main motivation to start the brand.”
