MJ Jones unveils second drop of ‘Pearl Skies’ collection

MJ Jones has launched the second drop of its Pearl Skies collection which is a continuation of the same seven-piece collection which launched last August.

Following the success of the first Pearl Skies collection, the second part of the collection is launching in two drops, namely Volume 1 and Volume 2.

The designs of Volume 1 and Volume 2 are inspired by the concept of heaven and hell respectively. However, Volume 2 will be made available in late 2023.

The 17-piece collection in Volume 1 includes necklaces (from £9,800) and bracelets (from £4,000) featuring white Akoya pearls flowing along adjustable chains of solid gold, available in white and rose gold colourways.

The necklaces and bracelets also come with smooth enamel charms available in heart, butterfly and multi-charm styles.

The Ayoka styles are also available with a round Mother of Pearl charm (from £5,200), intensified by a halo of round brilliant diamonds.

Earrings (£1,800) and rings (£4,700) are introduced to the Pearl Skies range for the first time, forged in solid gold and featuring a smooth enamel heart or dome charm, as well as Mother of Pearl options. The rings and earrings are available in 18-carat white or rose gold.

Volume 1 also includes pendants (from £4,000), featuring charms reimagined in “hypnotically” smooth enamel and bordered by a halo of diamonds, individually set by hand into its solid gold caging.

Each piece is completed with fine MJ Jones monogram detailing.

Additionally, MJ Jones has used artificial intelligence for the campaign for Pearl Skies Volume 1 for the first time, to showcase the contrast between the “traditional techniques and innovative technology” used by the brand to create its collections.

For the campaign, the model and set have been AI-generated using references from previous MJ Jones campaigns, with pieces from the collection rendered onto the generated imagery.
